Meet Our Team

Carmel has previously led a teacher training programme for a national group of schools, whilst also working as an assistant principal at one of the country’s top comprehensive schools. Carmel has extensive experience supporting and leading on teacher development, and has also had roles as head of geography and head of faculty. Carmel studied Geography at the University of Cambridge, and was awarded a Starred First. Carmel has worked as an examiner and delivered the NPQ middle leader and senior leader awards.
